tgif

tgif release 2.16, patch level 12 will be installed on the exp tree tomorrow as listed below: 
/exp/rcf/share/X11R5/bin/tgif -> tgif-2.16p12
/exp/rcf/share/X11R5/bin/prtgif -> prtgif-2.16p12
/exp/rcf/share/X11R5/bin/tgif.old -> tgif-2.12
/exp/rcf/share/X11R5/bin/prtgif.old -> prtgif-2.12
The man pages in /exp/rcf/common/X11R5/man for prtgif and tgif will be updated as well.
