Lynx

Lynx has been upgraded to version 2.5 on AIX 3.2.5, HP-UX 10.01, IRIX 5.3, OSF/1 3.0, Solaris 2.5, SunOS 4.1.3, and Ultrix 4.2. The most recent previous versions (2.4.2) will remain in place under the name "lynx.old".

Lynx will be upgraded to version 4.2.2 on AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, OSF/1 v3, Solaris, SunOS 4.1.x, and mips Ultrix (provided it actually compiles under all of them) on Tuesday, December 26, 1995. The most recent previous versions (where available) will remain in place under the name "tin.old".

Lynx 2-4-2 is now available on AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, OSF/1 v3, Solaris, SunOS 4.1.x, and MIPS ULTRIX. This new version has WAIS support included.
